2、So how is it calculated?

One: the calculation of LED unit board

Here to HP8 and HP10 to give an example.

HP8 single unit board size: 256 * 128MM

HP8 model, the general module led point spacing of 32 points long, 16 points wide, and HP8 point spacing of 8mm. so the calculation.

Length=32 points×8mm=256mm

Height=16 points×8mm=128mm

PH10 single unit board size :320*160mm

With HP10 model, the general module led point spacing has 32 points in length and 16 points in width, while the point spacing of HP10 is 10mm, so the calculation.

Length = 32 points × 10mm = 320mm

height = 16 points × 10mm = 160mm.

And the data above is the same, the general is no need to calculate these, just need to understand the specific pixels of each model, you can calculate the size.

Second: the calculation of led display

Above we understand the above individual module calculation data after the LED display of the least unit are composed of a single unit board or box assembled. Example one: indoor full color display calculation

If you need an indoor full color screen with a length and width of 4m and 3m led screen with P10, how to calculate its actual length and height dimensions? Maybe some friends do not understand what this question means, since there is already the length and width, why do you need to calculate it? Because led large screen is composed of multiple unit boards, so to calculate the length of 4m, width 3m large screen need to use how many unit boards.

2-1, first of all, calculate the length and height of how many unit board needed (with the length of the whole screen divided by the length of the unit board, take the whole number)

Length.

We know the basic data of p10 from above, and its module number is calculated as

Length: 4m/0.32m = 12.5 ≈ 13.

width: 3m/0.16m = 18.7 ≈ 19

Because the smallest unit of module is 1, so it should be rounded.  2-2, actual length and height dimensions (multiply the number of unit panels needed by the size of individual unit panels)

Length: 13*0.32=4.16m.

Width: 19*0.16=3.04m

2-3. Actual LED screen area: 4.16*3.04m=12.646㎡. For example, two: outdoor full-color display calculation

1, first calculate the length and height of how many unit boards are needed (divide the length of the whole screen by the length of the unit board, take the whole number)

Long: 5m ÷ 0.32 = 15.625 ≈ 15 (in taking the value usually need to consider the size of the box, the size of the site installation environment allows. Optimal choice.)

High: 4m ÷ 0.16 = 25 ≈ 25

2, the actual length and height dimensions (multiply the number of required unit panels by the size of the individual unit panels)

Length: 15×0.32=4.8m

High: 25×0.16m=4m

3. Actual LED screen area.

4.8*4m=19.2㎡ Outdoor LED display and the size of the edge, due to the side of the way there are many kinds of specifications.
