The number of receiving cards of the LED display, that is to say, the maximum carrying capacity of each receiving card is calculated, the carrying capacity of each receiving card is different, and the length and width of the full-color LED display of different receiving cards are not the same (length, width refers to pixels), which is derived from the different design of the receiving card. The control system of the Linsn, the control circumference of each receiving card :256*128 points, 256*64 points (RV901 card), the full LED display scanning mode is calculated according to 256*128 points, the outdoor full-color LED display static can be calculated according to 256*64 points, the pixel of the receiving card must be larger than the pixel of the screen body, That's how you carry it.


Calculation method of sending card and receiving card of indoor full-color LED display:


For example: Now the customer customized a P10 indoor full-color display, the length is 20 meters, the height is 10 meters.

1. Calculate how many modules to use.

P10 display unit board size :32cm*16cm.

Length Number of modules used :2000cm/32cm=62.5

Width Number of modules used: 1000cm/16cm-62.5


2, calculate the resolution of length and width:

(The pixel of P10 indoor unit board is 32*16)

The actual resolution of the display is: length :3263=2016 width :16X63=1008


3. Calculate the number of receiving card

(indoor screen receiving card 256*128)

Length: 2016/256=7.875, equal to about 8

Width :1008/128=7.875, equal to about 8

8X8=64 receiving cards


4. Count the number of sending card

(The sending card of the Linsn is 1280*1024)

2016/1280=1.575, which is about 2

1008/1024=0.98 is about 1

1X2=2 sending cards.


Outdoor full-color LED display sending card and receiving card calculation method:


For outdoor full-color LED display, we can calculate according to the number of boxes, generally a box and a card.

For example, the customer customized a P10 outdoor full-color display, requiring a length of 20 meters and a height of 12 meters. The P10 box with 96cm*96cm size is selected, which can be obtained:

Number of containers required :200/96=20.8

Number of containers required for width :120/96=12.5


1. Calculate the number of receiving card

21X13=273 receiving cards


2. Calculation resolution:

According to the above calculation method, the value is an integer. The length is 21 boxes and the width is 13 boxes. The actual display resolution is:

Length: 21X960=2016 Width: 13X960=1248


3. Count the number of sending cards

(The sending card of the Linsn is 1280*1024)

2016/1280=1.58 is about 2

1248/1024=1.22 is about 2,

2X2=4 send cards
