Outdoor front maintenance led screen series are mainly used for outdoor advertising, information publishing, journalism and communication in some places, such as cultural square, traffic arteries, stations, terminals, information centers, entertainment venues, shopping, centers, commercial city and etc.
The biggest feature of the front maintenance display is to save space. For outdoor commercial areas, there is very little space, and the front maintenance design does not require a lot of maintenance access space behind.
It can greatly reduce the overall thickness of the display structure, and it can also integrate well with the surrounding building environment.
There are two types of outdoor IP65 front service led display
1. LED Module with Screw
Front maintenance module operation:
By loosening the surface screw with a screwdriver, the module can be removed from the front of the scree for maintenance,which is simple,fast,time-saving and labor-saving.
2. LED Module with fast lock
led module with fast lcok operation:
Use a screwdriver to rotate the screw hole, turn to the left, the module can be removed, turn to the right, the module is fastened to the box

1.High stability Nationstar/Kinglight SMD2727/SMD3535 lamp,Long lifetime and low power consumption;
2.The LED Chips that we use have the advantages of large viewing angle, low power consumption and good color uniformity.
3.SMD led encapsulation confirms wide view angle and energy-saving.
4.Excellent mask design for better protecting the leds,and good anti-reflection for high contrast ratio
5.Weatherproof IP65 design, completely outdoor use.
6.High brightness, the brightness tolerance of less than ±2%.Best color uniformity and high brightness to keep outstanding performance.
7.Cabinet with double fan design, speed up internal air circulation, auxiliary heat make the screen more stable and reliable.
8. Apply to wall-mounting led signs,Pillar led screen,Embedded led wall,Monument led board,Pylon led signs etc.
Module details
1.Lamp SMD3535: ATOPLED only use Nationstar and Kinglight LED lamp, the most stable led lamp in the market.
2.IC: Improve refresh and brightness
To achieve the best visual performance of our led display, we use the Best Driving IC, such as MBI5153/MBI5124/ICN2153/ICN2038S
3.Bottom shell: Protective fimness anti-deformation
4.Mask: Protective fimness anti-deformation
5. PCB board: High-quality fabric,choose the most suitable PCB to ensure good qutality
6.Data cable Connetor Exaclty and perfect to show high quality picture
7. Terminal:assembly more stable,more convient, more efficient, can connect power supply
8. Fence: protect the pins,and prevent the pins are out of shape
9. Waterproof strip: Each module is fitted with a waterproof strip
